From the North: A44 From Evesham
From M5: Junction 6, approach the Cotswold Conference Centre from A4538 for 2 miles then A44 Evesham on the A44 via the Broadway bypass (follow the A44 Oxford and Broadway Tower sign). The entrance is on the left, hidden among trees between two stone pillars, on a sharp right-hand bend halfway up Fish Hill which overlooks Broadway village.
From the South: A44 From Oxford, Moreton-in-Marsh & Stow on the WoldTravelling due west on the A44 from Moreton-in-Marsh (6 miles) and possibly Stow on the Wold. After the B4081 junction take the next right, signposted Farncombe Estate, Saintbury and Picnic Area. After approx 1/2 mile on the first bend, turn left and follow the sign to the Conference Centre and Farncombe Estate. This is a steep narrow lane. After 100 yards turn first right into the Estate.
All arrivals:
Drive through the first car park to the security barrier and follow the white lines for a further mile to Main Reception, next to P1 car park. (This is also known as the Smallbrook building.)
IMPORTANT
The main entrance to Cotswold Conference Centre is off the A44 and some navigation systems may direct you to a staff entrance where you will be unable to gain access to Farncombe Estate.

Please also note that mobile speed traps are frequently placed along the A44 in both directions.
Arriving after dark:
We are located in a rural area and GPS navigation systems do not cover our private estate. Arriving at night using unfamiliar, unlit minor roads can be tricky if you rely solely on your SatNav. If you plan to arrive at night, we strongly recommend you allow extra time and study the directions given on this page.
By Rail:
We operate a free collection and return service (Mondays to Fridays only) for corporate, residential delegates arriving by train at either Moreton-in-Marsh or Evesham. Both stations are seven miles away. Moreton-in-Marsh is on the London Paddington to Hereford line via Reading and Oxford. From Birmingham, Evesham is best served via Worcester.
To request collection from either of these stations, please call Cotswold Conference Centre Reception on 01386 858000 and, if possible, give at least three days’ notice of your arrival time.
International arrivals:
We are approximately one hour’s drive from Birmingham International Airport, and 1.5 hours from Bristol or East Midlands. If you wish to be met at an airport, we can make arrangements for a car to be there on your arrival. Please give at least three days’ notice. A charge for this service will be added to your account.
Helipad:
If you wish to land a helicopter, please let us know at least 24 hours before you are
due to arrive and we will give you instructions.
