Our experience tells us that each business event is unique. The best way to begin planning your meeting, conference or training event is to call or email the team. If you fill in one of our online forms, we will respond to you within two hours of a working day. (You can also request a brochure via a form at any time.)

At Cotswold Conference Centre, we have dedicated, highly-experienced salespeople who understand the variables in planning a business event. From first phone call to final delivery, our small team will give you full attention and help you plan everything down to the last detail.

We will help to create the right atmosphere in a suitable space. We can advise on teambuilding and entertainment. We know all about the dining and bedroom options. And because Rachael, Jilly and Kathryn work closely as a team, each one is briefed to pick up your queries even if your main contact is not available.

All bookings are provisional until confirmed on receipt of a signed contract. In the event of cancellation by the customer, or reduction in number of delegates, Cotswold Conference Centre Ltd reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
