Reward and recognition events

The commercial pressure is on. Everyone is being asked to do more with no extra resources. One thing management can do is demonstrate its appreciation with an effective reward and recognition programme, perhaps including some cost-effective but purposeful teambuilding and fun. This is where we can excel.

At Cotswold Conference Centre, we specialise in celebratory events for grown-ups, with fantastic food, live music and a theme of ‘lets relax and enjoy – together’.

Our lovely Estate, with its modern dining spaces and large dancing area, is perfect for corporate parties and celebrations. We have excellent party menus and can feed up to 170 people in our Dining Room and conservatory. There’s ample free parking and we also have 89 double and twin ensuite bedrooms for those who want to stay over. (Special B&B rates will apply for group bookings associated with a celebratory event.)

You can arrange the entertainment yourself or we will be happy to organise a live band or act, in consultation with you. All menus will get your approval, with wines chosen by you. All in all, we are an idyllic central location for your company’s celebration.

Deck the Halls
In 2011, Cotswold Conference Centre held its first two, highly successful, Christmas parties: Souled Out 2 Funk and a Robbie Williams Tribute and disco night. The first was a lively open event with eight-piece soul band; the second night was snapped up by a local company with 100 party-goers.
