At Cotswold Conference Centre, we keep our prices competitive at all times of the year. We aim to be great value for money by providing a more focused business environment than venues which do not specialise in meetings, training or teambuilding.

If you can be flexible on dates, we can be flexible on rates. Call Rachael on 0845 230 8580 and we will advise you of our quieter periods and our best prices. Preferential prices are always available for local authorities, government and not-for-profit organisations, NHS and charities – please call to discuss your requirements in detail.

Complete Meetings Package vs. Modular Pricing
We recognise a trend for companies to spread their costs across internal cost centres. Whatever your needs, we have a flexible approach. For instance, you might prefer to separate your Day Delegate Rate from Dinner Bed & Breakfast. We are happy to discuss your specific billing requirements at any time.

Day Delegate Package includes:
- Main meeting room hire including free WiFi
- Screen, LCD projector and flipchart in each conference/training room
- Conference Service Assistant on call
- Three-course hot and cold lunch
- Unlimited tea, coffee & biscuits
- Fruit cordial, mineral water and mints
- Free parking for 200 cars

24hr Delegate Package includes all of the above, plus:
- En-suite accommodation
- Three-course dinner with coffee
- Traditional Cotswold breakfast
- Use of leisure facilities
- Preferential rates at Broadway Golf Club
