Not just a pretty place

We believe a conference venue is only as good as its people.  Our Conference Service Team has 10 years’ experience serving companies large and small.  Our sales, reception and operations staff work together to plan and deliver an event that exceeds your expectations.  This is a partnership which begins with your first telephone call.

A dedicated team of Conference Service Assistants (CSAs) is available at the touch of a telephone button between 7am and 11pm.

All our CSAs are practical, positive people who will welcome you to the conference centre, answer your questions and trouble-shoot when required.  They can provide technical support with lap-tops, projectors and televisions.  They are also on hand for pastoral care: for instance, guiding weary travellers to the right room.

The CSAs work closely with reception, catering and housekeeping staff and are an important information point for any queries during your stay.  If they do not know the answer immediately, they’ll do their best to find out!
