All the flexible space you need

At Cotswold Conference Centre, you can choose from eleven dedicated training and meeting rooms, plus a range of syndicate rooms and individual coffee lounges. The spaces are closely dotted around our parkland site like a village, so everywhere you see trees and fields, long views and wildlife.

Experienced trainers helped us to design our meeting rooms, which make the most of natural daylight. There’s none of the claustrophobia of a back room in a hotel – and not a dark corridor to be found.

Despite the idyllic rural setting, all our training rooms are fully equipped with modern technology. For instance, in our Springfield training rooms, LCD projection is controlled through a ‘Crestron’ infrared panel, giving the speaker instant ‘one touch’ control over audio-visual equipment, electronic blinds and lights. Our largest conference space – the Smallbrook Suite – has magnetic walls for your temporary displays and messages.

Each room can be individually configured for your meeting or training needs – and some can be divided. The largest takes 120 delegates theatre-style. We have a range of rooms with wheelchair and life access.

Connectivity
We may be rural, but we’re not remote. Wireless broadband operates throughout the site and mobile phone reception is excellent across the main networks.
