Teambuilding at Cotswold Conference Centre is beneficial at any time of year. We have 13 outdoor activities or Eye Openers, each one designed, tested and trusted by leading Learning and Development experts.

Our Eye Openers are principally used as training exercises, but they also work wonders for invigorating your delegates. Whatever is going on in the training room, an hour or two of physical activity will keep them engaged. Whether you need a quick ice-breaker, an experiential tool, a hilarious team-builder or a testing team challenge, we have an activity for you.
